Shipping and Returns
Shipping Policy
● Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–3 working days after confirmation.
● Delivery Time: 4–8 working days depending on location and courier partner.
● Tracking: You’ll receive an email/SMS with tracking information once your package is dispatched.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the total weight of your order and your delivery location.
Returns & Replacements
At GIVE, each product is packed with care and devotion. As a nonprofit spiritual organization:
- ❌ We do not accept returns or exchanges once the order is placed.
- ✅ If your item is damaged or incorrect, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery.
- Please email contact@givegita.com with:
○ Order ID
○ Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
Our team will review and assist with a replacement only in valid cases.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable if:
- The item is out of stock, and payment was already made.
- There was a duplicate transaction or technical payment failure.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Non-Returnable Products
All products on our store are non-returnable. This includes (but is not limited to):
- Opened books or packaging
- Sacred items (like Gopi chandan, beads, incense)
- Personalized or limited edition items
